Refund Policy

At Pixels Feast Limited, we are committed to providing accurate and high-quality Vehicle History Reports (VHR). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • A refund is only applicable if the VHR report has not been delivered to the customer. Once the report has been sent via email, it is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
  1. How to Request a Refund
  • To request a refund, please contact us at refund@Runvhr.com. Include your order number, email address, and reason for your refund request.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  1. Report Delivery
  • After receiving payment, your VHR report will be delivered to your provided email address within 24 hours. Typically, reports are sent within a few hours of purchase.
  • If you have not received the report within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@runvhr.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
  1. Chargebacks
  • If a chargeback is filed after a refund request has been declined or if evidence of fraud is found, we reserve the right to refuse further service to the customer. Additionally, we may pursue legal action to recover disputed funds.
